Welcome to this e-learning program which has been developed by the National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) Program and the Australian Disability Clearinghouse on Education and Training (ADCET).

This e-Learning program is designed for school staff and educators in all sectors who support students with disability who are transitioning or preparing to transition to post-secondary education or training. 

The course provides information and guidance that will enable you to provide practical, student-centred support and guidance to students with disability as they transition from school to post-secondary education and training.
